MINT Fachkräfteprogramm 2

Building a parametric measurement database for noise-based defect discrimination and root-cause analysis.

MINT Fachkräfteprogramm 2

The objective of the project is to systematically establish a parametric measurement database—a structured library of characteristic noise patterns—as an experimental foundation for noise-based defect discrimination and root-cause analysis.

The experimental campaigns follow a deliberately selected sequence of increasing complexity:

1. Mechanical force application as the simplest and cleanest starting point, enabling controlled defect induction without thermodynamic side effects.

2. State-of-charge dependency as the first systemic influencing parameter.

3. Temperature dependency as the second systemic influencing parameter and the one with the highest industrial relevance.

The project will result in a structured and reproducible dataset that will serve as the training and validation basis for model-supported fault analysis within project RZQ5VD84W.

It will also provide the foundation for the industrial application of root-cause analysis.
